Teacher Who Makes A Difference named Wicomico Co. Teacher of the Year semifinalist

SALISBURY, Md. – Wicomico County Schools released the list of semifinalists for this year’s Teacher of the Year, and one person on the list was recently recognized as November’s “Teacher Who Makes A Difference”.

We are congratulating Miss Renee Peshoff, who is a second grade teacher at Glen Avenue Elementary School. She is known for dressing up as a unicorn and having a giant spider web in her classroom to help students learn.

Ms. Peshoff says being a teacher has been her dream ever since she was little.

Congratulations to Ms. Peshoff and all the teachers who were on the list!
