SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury man was arrested on trespassing and disorderly conduct charges.

Police say that on Wednesday evening, residents of a home in the 1100 block of Pocahontas Avenue returned home to find a stranger passed out on their front porch. When deputies arrived, they identified the subject as 39-year-old William Deale Jr., observing that he appeared highly intoxicated and was giving off an overwhelmingly strong odor of an alcoholic beverage.

Through investigation, it was learned that the residents asked Deale to leave their property numerous times, but he refused.
