Home shot multiple times in Dover, police investigating

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police are investigating a shooting that damaged a Dover home Friday evening.

We’re told the incident happened at around 8 p.m., at a home in the 900 block of Carvel Drive. Police say when they arrived on scene after getting a report of shots fired, they checked the area but did not find any victims nor did anyone in the area make contact with them.

The next day at approximately 12 p.m., police were contacted by a resident in the area reporting the damage. The home, which was occupied at the time of the incident, was hit by gunfire five times. No one was injured in the incident.
