Brandywine Valley SPCA offers $14 dogs for Valentine’s Day

GEORGETOWN, Del. – Some dogs in Delaware went home with their forever families on Saturday, all thanks to a promotion at the Brandywine Valley SPCA that’s running just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The shelter is hosting their Big Love promotion, where all large dogs that are one year or older and 40 pounds or more are just fourteen dollars!

47 ABC was at the shelter Saturday as adopters came to meet the adoptable pups and some of those adopters tell us it’s promotions like this that make it easier for them to take a furry friend home.

The promotion continues Sunday, and the shelter will be open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
