Allen drops 31 as Dover runs past Caesar Rodney
CAMDEN, Del. – Dover recovered from a surprising loss to Sussex Tech with a 16-point victory against rival Caesar Rodney, 92-76.
Dover appeared poised to pull away early, but the Riders kept things tied after one, thanks in large part to 9-first quarter points from Kamal Marvel. The Senators again pulled away to end the half, and led by 8.
Eden Davis knocked down a runner in the paint as the buzzer sounded on the third quarter, setting up a fourth dominated by the Senators.
Elijah Allen finished with 31 points, Jy’Heim Spencer added 20, Davis had 13.
Syed Miles led the Riders with 23, Marvel had 19.
