Thunder drop series opener vs. Danbury

HARRINGTON, Del. – The Delaware Thunder dropped their fourth consecutive game at the Thunderdome to the Danbury Hat Tricks 5-4.

Danbury opened the scoring with a pair of quick goals in the first period, including a controversial goal that appeared to hit the post. Ryan Marker answered with a goal of his own with the first period winding down.

The Thunder made an effort to come back with two goals in the third, but couldn’t find the equalizer. he two teams square off again tomorrow at 7:05 p.m.
