Salisbury house fire under investigation

SALISBURY, Md. – Maryland Fire officials are investigating fire that broke out at a vacant house in Salisbury Wednesday night.

We’re told the blaze was discovered by the Salisbury University Police Department at around 10:40 p.m., at 143 Onley Road. It took approximately 15 minutes to control.

Investigation has determined that the fire started in a front bedroom, but the cause remains under investigation. Fire damage has been estimated at $85,000.
