Milford students recognized for winning state-wide competition
MILFORD, Del. – Students in Milford are being recognized for winning a state-wide essay competition.
The Milford School District posted the 12 students from Lulu Ross Elementary, who were recognized after participating in the Triple A school safety patrol essay contest. One student, Zoe Layton, walked away as the winner.
The essay competition is designed so students can learn and fulfill responsibilities regarding traffic safety.
