Fooks gets 300th career win as Pocomoke routes Bennett
SALISBURY, Md- Legendary Pocomoke boys basketball coach Derrick Fooks won his 300th career game as the Warriors defeated Bennett 89-56 on Thursday night in Salisbury.
Nigel Houston finished with a game-high 29 points, with teammates Charles Finney and Brandon Snowden finishing with 17 points a piece.
DJ Belin led Bennett with 18 points in the contest.
Fooks has been the head coach at Pocomoke since 2003 and is just one of two active Bayside coaches with a state championship.
