DSP issuing Gold Alert for missing man

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for a missing Maryland man.

Police say 36-year-old David Stroup Jr. was reported missing on Wednesday, January 22nd. He is 5’9″, 225 pounds, with blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a blue coat, gray sweat pants, and a black beanie with a white stripe.

His last known location was at the McDonald’s in Rehoboth Beach.
