Blue Jays dominate boards en route to fourth-straight win
SEAFORD, Del. – The Blue Jays continued their incredible season with a 51-42 home victory against North Dorchester Friday night.
Seaford’s defense contained North Dorchester to just 10 and 7 points in the first two quarters. Brent Ricketts paced the scoring for the Blue Jays with 7 through the first 16 minutes of action.
Seaford pushed the lead to as many as 15 points in the second half.
Eight Blue Jays scored at least a point, with Brent Ricketts scoring 14. Tyrese Fortune added 12.
Jaheim Copper led North Dorchester with 21 points, Gary Pleager scored 11.
