Belin’s 24 leads Bennett in second half comeback over Mardela

SALISBURY, Md- The James M. Bennett boys basketball team completed a second half comeback, defeating Mardela 82-66 on Tuesday evening in Salisbury.

DJ Belin led the game with 24 points for the Clippers. Bennett– who trailed 41-35 at the half, outscored Mardela 46-27 in the second half to take the win. Corey Smith (18 points), Jordan Williams (13 points), and Darrell Turner (13 points) also finished in double-digits.

Patrick Louis-Jacque finished with 22 points to lead Mardela, while teammate Josh Lewis chipped in with 14.
