UPDATE: Suspect found in Seaford shooting
SEAFORD, Del. -The suspect involved in a shooting that left a man in critical condition turned himself in on Saturday.
Seaford Police and the Delaware State Police said Xavier Mills-Davis, 25- years-old, from Seaford, turned himself into the Seaford Police Dept.
There was a warrant issued for his arrest after police responded to a call of shots fired on Friday on Collins Avenue in Seaford.
Police say when they arrived, a victim was suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to an area hospital where he remains in critical condition.
Mills-Davis was charged with Attempted Murder in the First Degree and possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony.
He was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace Court and committed to the Dept. of Corrections in lieu of a $860,000.00 cash only bail.
