Parkside takes day one of the 51st annual Parkside Holiday Wrestling tournament

SALISBURY, Md.- It was the kickoff to the holiday break as eleven schools from around the Delmarva area came to Parkside high to participate in the 51st annual Parkside Wrestling Tournament.

Parkside took day one, and will look to continue their dominance on day two tomorrow starting at 9 a.m.

Here are are the day one results:

Parkside dominated, sweeping six weight classes, Jordan Rinaldi (113), Jorryn Pearson (120), Devin Webb (126), Chris Bouchelle (132), Matt Lewis (138), and Eli Sellinger (170).

Another big story on day one was the success of McDonough wrestler Elizabeth Heglar. She went 3-2 on the day in her first career co-ed tournament.
