Man arrested for selling illegal drugs

MILLSBORO, Del.- Delaware State Police arrested a man Saturday for selling illegal drugs in Sussex County areas.

Police said the Sussex Drug Unit was investigating Desmone J. Justice, 27-years-old of Millsboro, for two months.

Officers got a search and seizure warrant for Justice’s 2010 black Chevrolet Camaro.

The Camaro was parked in the Plantations Lake Development when police executed the warrant.

Police said they found 1131 bags of heroin and over $3,500 from suspected drugs.

Justice was seen driving on John J. Williams Highway when he was arrested.

He is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 4 quantity and possession of a controlled substance in a Tier 5 quantity.

Justice was arraigned and sent to the Sussex Correctional Institution, where he is being held on $120,000 cash bond.
