Longhorn Steakhouse is taking traditional flavors to the next level
SALISBURY, Md. — Longhorn Steakhouse is taking some of their legendary flavors to the next level.
47 ABC’s Erica Murphy was joined by grill master, Chris Lally, who was here to tell viewers about the new Turf & Surf.
This not just any Turf & Surf meal, Longhorn is now pushing the initiative to have the iconic Maryland Blue Crab in their crab cakes.
Erica then asked the grill master what makes a great crab cake. He answered saying to go fresh instead of frozen. He also mentioned the spices is what will make the crab cake. Lally made a joke, saying every Longhorn in the country has Old Bay seasoning on deck to make sure they get the flavors just right.
Lally also says the less filers in your crab cake, the better.
Longhorn is only doing it’s amazing Turf & Surf for a limited time.
