Hardy drops 20 on former team, WiHi routes Parkside

Tribe runs away with second half

SALISBURY, Md- The WiHi boys basketball team improved to 2-0 on the young season, defeating Parkside 87-54 on Tuesday night at the WallerDome on the campus of Wicomico High School.

WiHi guard (Parkside transfer) Taiwan Hardy registered 20 points and 6 rebounds in his home debut in blue and gold. Forward Jayson Handy finished just one rebound shy of a double-double, netting 18 points and pulling down 9 rebounds. For WiHi, BJ Cook was the other player in double figures scoring with 11.

For Parkside, Marcus Yarns finished with a team-high 12 points.
