UPDATE: Missing Lincoln woman located, Gold Alert canceled

UPDATE: Delaware State Police have canceled the Gold Alert for 44-year-old Luciel Howell.

LINCOLN, Del. – Delaware State Police have issued a Gold Alert for 44-year-old Luciel Howell of Lincoln.

Police say Howell was last seen on Friday, December 27th, in the Lincoln area. She is 5’7″, 120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
