Early morning shooting injures one
DOVER, Del. – Dover Police say a man was injured early Tuesday morning after he was reportedly shot.
We’re told the incident happened at around 1:30 a.m., in the 100 block of Haman Drive. The 20-year-old male victim told police that he was taking out trash from a friends residence when he saw a green four-door vehicle drive by. The victim then reportedly heard 4-5 gunshots and was hit in his thigh.
The victim was treated at Kent General Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. The victim reported that there were four males inside the vehicle, all wearing black hooded sweatshirts and red face masks.
