DSP investigating fatal industrial accident in Millsboro

MILLSBORO, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating an industrial accident that killed a Milton man Thursday morning.

We’re told that troopers were called to The Bros Landscaping business on Hollyville Road in Millsboro at around 7:45 a.m. It was reported that the owner of the business found an employee pinned underneath a dump truck that he had previously been working on.

The employee, 34-year-old Jose Zamora-Rivera, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident remains under investigation.
