Del. woman honored as 2019 Citizen of the Year

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – One Delaware woman has been honored as the 2019 Citizen of the Year in Rehoboth Beach.

Rhonda Fitzhugh works as a UPS driver in the Rehoboth Beach area, and residents say her bright personality and chipper spirit keeps the pulse alive in the city. Rhonda was congratulated with flowers and a cake, and was officially declared the honored citizen at the city’s Community Unity dinner.
