Second Clay Conaway trial rescheduled
SUSSEX CO., Del. – The second trial for a convicted rapist has been rescheduled.
Clay Conaway was originally scheduled to start trial on December 2nd, but now that trial is expected to begin in February 10th of next year.
Conaway was found guilty of 4th degree rape on September 27th, and was sentenced on Friday to five years in jail. He still has five trials to go through for the other five women he is accused of sexually assaulting between 2013 and 2018.
