Search warrant leads to drug charges for two in Dover

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police have arrested two people on drug charges stemming from the execution of an administrative search warrant.

Dover Police officers assisted Delaware Probation and Parole with the execution of the search warrant at around 8:30 p.m. Tuesday evening, at a residence in the 100 block of Thames Drive. During the search, officers recovered 4,225 bags of heroin, 28.1 grams of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and $16,337 in drug money.

The target of the investigation, 29-year-old Martin Green, as well as 27-year-old Alexis Jones, were arrested and charged with possession of heroin, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of crack cocaine, possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, conspiracy second degree, and drug paraphernalia.

Green is currently being held at SCI on $81,600 bond, while Jones was released on $81,600 unsecured bond.
