Good Samaritan steps in to help trapped person

DOVER, Del. – Last week the Dover Fire Department thanked one man for stepping in to saved a person who was riding a bike and got trapped under a car.

Darell Muchinson happened to have a jack in his car, so he pulled over and helped the patient get out and waited with him until emergency services could get there.
