Two arrested following proactive patrol in Milford apartment complex
MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police arrested two people late Tuesday night following a proactive patrol in the Brightway Commons apartment complex.
At around 11:50 p.m., an officer was conducting a proactive patrol of the area when they found an occupied parked vehicle with a noticeable odor of marijuana coming from inside. The officer then made contact with the two occupants, identified as 22-year-old Neajah Fassett of Chester, PA, and 30-year-old Tyrese Carter of Philadelphia, PA.
Further investigation resulted in the recovery of marijuana, crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia. Carter was also found to be wanted by the Justice of the Peace Court #7.
Both were arrested and charged with two counts of possession with the intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. They are currently being held on $20,500 unsecured bail.
