The showers and breezy winds will likely be associated with an extratropical low that is currently Potential Tropical Cyclone 16 in the Gulf of Mexico.
Partly sunny skies are in the forecast for Monday, while highs climb above average in the low 70s. A cold front swings through Delmarva on Tuesday bringing mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers, while highs stay mild in the low 70s.
Mostly sunny skies return on Wednesday with temperatures in the mid 60s. The abundant sunshine remains in the forecast for Thursday as highs hover near 70°.
