Three arrested on drug charges following traffic stop

L to R: Johnson, Larrimore, Oney

DELMAR, Md. – Deputies with the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office say a traffic stop on Saturday led to charges for three.

Police say the stop took place in the area of Bi State Boulevard and E Chestnut Street. The front seat passenger, 32-year-old Lamerice Oney, immediately fled the traffic stop, throwing 300 bags of heroin into a backyard of a home in the process. Oney was taken into custody a few blocks away and officers recovered the heroin he tossed.

It was then learned that the back seat passenger, identified as 27-year-old Katelyn Larrimore, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. The driver of the vehicle was also identified as 46-year-old Terri Johnson.

A K-9 scan of the vehicle was conducted, leading to the discovery of an additional 80 bags of heroin, a digital scale, 1.1 grams of crack cocaine, and cash.

Oney and Johnson were charged with possession with intent to distribute narcotics and possession of heroin, and were both held without bond.

Larrimore was charged with possession of heroin and possession of cocaine, and was also served with her outstanding warrant. She is being held on a $1,000 bond.
