Mountaire Farms employees wear pink for Breast Cancer Awareness

DELAWARE – Employees at Mountaire Farms dressed up for a good cause and raised money while doing so.

Employees wore pink all last week in celebration of breast cancer awareness. In addition, they started their own fundraiser for breast cancer research – and asked the public to donate to it. They made a promise that for every dollar that was raised in that fundraiser, the company would match it.

The employees plan to donate the money raised to Salisbury’s Women Supporting Women and The First Health of the Carolinas in North Carolina.
