Dover man sentenced for heroin, illegal gun possession

WILMINGTON, Del. – A Dover man was sentenced late last month for possession of heroin and illegal possession of a firearm.

49-year-old Kenneth Holland was sentenced on September 23rd to a total of 110 months in federal prison for possessing heroin with the intent to distribute and for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

According to court documents, over the course of roughly four weeks in September and October 2018, Holland sold heroin on at least six different occasions, along with illegally selling a handgun.

Holland was arrested on October 10, 2018, and at the time of his arrest was found to be in possession of more than 10,000 baggies of heroin and an AR-15 style semi-automatic assault weapon.
