Police confirm Bridgeville shooting

BRIDGEVILLE, Del. – Bridgeville Police Department is investigating a shooting that took place Saturday night.

The shooting happened around 10 PM. Police are not releasing many details to the public at this time, but Bridgeville Police have confirmed that a shooting took place and they are investigating.

Earlier in the evening, an annual block party was being held that began at 5 PM in the same area where police responded.
