Parkside grounds and pounds to win over Delmar

SALISBURY, Md.- In the dubbed ‘Border War,’ Parkside rode a strong rushing attack to a 42-7 win over Delmar on Saturday.

The Rams scored 42 unanswered to start the game, getting into the end zone all six times via rushing plays. Devian White and Malachi Jones scored two for Parkside, while Alijah Bivans and JaBrontae Mills added one apiece.

Delmar’s (1-1) lone score came in the fourth quarter on a Trent Kemp rushing touchdown.

On defense for Parkside (1-1), Mills and Devion Fooks played a big role in limiting Delmar’s attack, both picking off a pass.
