Milford football holds on to beat DMA, moves to 2-0
MILFORD, Del.- After going up 20-3 in the first half, the Milford Bucs went on to defeat Delaware Military Academy 26-17. The Bucs move to 2-0 to start the season for the first time since 2016.
The Buccaneers would be up 20-3 at the halftime break after a two yard touchdown by Marquis Gills. Coming out of the break, the Seahawks would cut the lead to just 10 with a four yard Devon Green touchdown.
DMA cut the lead to three late in the fourth quarter but it would be too little too late as Milford held on to defeat Delaware Military Academy 26-17.
Milford will look to remain undefeated as they host Cape Henlopen next Friday at 7 pm.
