DSP investigating two shooting incidents in Kent Co.

DOVER/HARTLY, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating two shooting incidents that happened in Kent County Monday evening.

Troopers were first called to the 3100 block of Forrest Avenue at around 9 p.m., learning that three people were in the garage area of the residence when they heard multiple shots fired. One of the individuals, a 27-year-old female, was hit by a bullet and was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

It was also discovered that during this time frame, shots were heard in the area of the 1900 block of Taraila Road in Hartly. No injuries were reported in this incident.
