Dover gets first win of the season behind Peace’s big day

DOVER, Del.- Behind three touchdowns from Javon Peace in the first quarter, the Dover Senators got their first win of the season over North East (AA) 57-7. With the win, the Senators move to 1-2 on the year.

It was the Javon Peace show from the jump, three touchdowns on four touches in the first quarter to make it 22-0 headed to the second. The defense was just as dominant, holding the Eagle offense to just three first downs in the first quarter.

The Senators will look to make it two in a row when they travel to Lewis to take on the Cape Henlopen Vikings next Friday.
