White Marlin Open Day Two Recap
OCEAN CITY, Md.- Following a day one filled with fanfare, day two of the White Marlin Open didn’t disappoint.
The day was highlighted by one of the hometown boats, “Haulin ‘N Ballin,” from Ocean City, who reeled in the first Blue Marlin of the tournament. Craig Dickerson, the angler who hauled in the 465.5 pound monster of a fish, laughed it off saying it was, “panic,” on the boat. According to Dickerson, the nearly-500 pound Blue Marlin took over an hour to wrangle in off the coast of Ocean City.
The 46th annual White Marlin Open continues through Friday, with public viewing of the weigh-ins being conducted at the Harbour Island Marina on 14th Street.
