Easton Police investigating online shooting threat

EASTON, Md. – Easton Police are investigating after a threatening post reportedly circulated social media recently.

Police say the post detailed threats of a mass shooting at the Walmart in Easton. They have determined that the threat is not credible based on several inaccuracies within the Facebook post.

Although the threat is not credible, police are continuing to investigate the threat. If you see anything suspicious, you are urged to contact the Easton Police Department at 410-822-1111.
