Commercial building fire under investigation in Talbot Co.

QUEEN ANNE, Md. – Maryland fire officials say an investigation is underway following a fire at a commercial building over the weekend.

The fire broke out in a building located at 32211 Park Avenue and was reported shortly before 3:30 a.m. Saturday. The Queen Anne-Hillsboro Volunteer Fire Company responded to the blaze, which took approximately one hour to control.

Officials say the cause of the fire remains under investigation. Fire damage has been estimated at $350,000.
