Today’s Forecast: July 17, 2019

A few storms are possible this evening and early tonight, otherwise expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with temperatures in the upper 70s to near 80.

Expect partly sunny skies on Thursday with the chance for afternoon and evening storms. Temperatures will be in the lower 90s with heat index values around 100. Friday turns mostly sunny and hotter with highs in the mid to upper 90s and heat index values near 105.

Saturday and Sunday will be the hottest yet this summer. Temperatures will be in the upper 90s, approaching 100 degrees. Heat index values will be at dangerous levels at or above 110°. Each day will be mostly sunny with perhaps a thunderstorm late on Sunday.

Monday will be partly sunny with highs in the low to mid 90s. Scattered storms are expected during the afternoon as a cold front approaches. This front will drop temperatures back into the mid 80s for Tuesday with a few storms lingering early.

Wednesday will be partly to mostly sunny and warm with highs remaining in the mid 80s.
