Salisbury man convicted of rape, sex abuse of a minor

SALISBURY, Md. – A Salisbury man has been convicted on several sex abuse related charges by a Wicomico County judge.

On Monday, 52-year-old Charles Quails was found guilty of two counts of sexual abuse of a minor, one count of second degree rape, two counts of second degree sex offense, three counts of third degree sex offense, and one count of incest against two victims.

The charges date back to 2017 when Quails sexually abused two victims who were under the age of 12 at the time.
