Linda Brown’s violation of probation hearing gets postponed once again
SOMERSET Co., Md. – The Somerset County dog breader who pleaded guilty to three counts of animal cruelty and had most of her dogs taken away had her violation of probation hearing pushed back yet again on Tuesday.
The attorney for Linda Brown, the owner of Jolindy’s German Shepherds said the reason for the postponement was discussed in chambers.
The state claims brown violated the condition of her probation where she is not allowed to own more than four fixed dogs.
There is no word yet on when Brown’s next hearing will take place.
