SALISBURY, Md. – Four people were arrested last week on charges stemming from an investigation into the sale of illegal narcotics.

Police say the investigation determined that 38-year-old Leah Evans was allowing 38-year-old James Mackey and 34-year-old Alvin Thompson to sell fentanyl and heroin from her residence in the 400 block of Valleywood Drive in Salisbury.

A search and seizure warrant was subsequently obtained and executed at the home, resulting in the recovery of approximately 93 grams of uncut fentanyl, scales, packaging material, and other evidence indicating drug distribution.

All three of the above subjects, as well as 32-year-old Keisha Towns, were arrested and charged with possession of a large amount of fentanyl and other related charges. All suspects are being held without bond.
