Del. State Police investigating shots fired in Dover
DOVER, Del. – Delaware State Police are investigating after a Dover residence was struck by a bullet late Thursday night.
Troopers say they were called to a residence on Autumnwood Court for a report of shots fired. On arrival, a 23-year-old resident told police that she and two other females, aged 19 and 14, were sitting in the living room when they heard a “pop” sound which led to the discovery of a bullet hole in the wall. Further investigation revealed that the bullet made its way through three walls in the home and was later found in the garage.
No one was injured in the incident, and police say there is no suspect information at this time.
