Beach Patrol advertising openings for 2020 summer season
OCEAN CITY, Md. – We’re in the heart of the summer beach season, but the Ocean City Beach Patrol is already looking for employees for the 2020 season.
The Beach Patrol will be hosting three test days this August on downtown Ocean City beaches.
Officials tell us they look to employ about 200 people for the season, and they normally need to hire about 50 to 60 new people.
We’re told the patrol has test dates during the summer to advertise themselves to people who are already in the resort town for the season.
“Having tests this August, we really capture people who are already living and working in Ocean City for a summer, that now decide they’d like to work for us next summer,” said Captain Butch Arbin.
