An area of low pressure will bring periods of rain tonight with the steadiest rain arriving after midnight. The heaviest totals will likely be across northern and western sections of the peninsula. Lows will be in the mid to upper 60s.
Thursday will have showers during the early morning, then drier conditions will arrive around midday and into the early afternoon. There could be some peeks of sun, but overall it should be mostly cloudy with a few more showers & storms arriving late in the day. Highs will be warmer in the upper 70s to near 80.
Mostly sunny skies return for Friday with the humidity dropping behind a cold front. Highs will be pleasant in the mid to upper 70s with breezy winds.
Saturday will be sunny and seasonable in the low 80s. Father’s Day will be mostly sunny and warm, but a stray storm is possible in the evening as highs climb into the mid to upper 80s.
The heat and humidity really get going on Monday as temperatures top out in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees. The sky will be partly sunny with isolated storms late. The partly sunny skies hang on for Tuesday with pop-up storms and highs in the upper 80s. By Wednesday, more clouds move in with the chance for showers and storms. Temperatures will drop a bit into the mid 80s.
