Milford man arrested for threatening Walmart employee

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police have arrested a man on terroristic threatening charges after learning of a threat made to the Milford Walmart last week.

On June 6th, officials were notified of a possible threat that was to take place at the Walmart located at 939 N DuPont Blvd on June 11th. Further investigation revealed that the suspect was 61-year-old Allen Mohr, and that the threat was not against the store as a whole but a specific employee.

An arrest warrant was obtained for Mohr, who was subsequently taken into custody at his residence Tuesday morning. Mohr was later released on $1,000 cash bail and a no contact order with the employee, and will appear in court at a future date.
