BREAKING: Jarrett Stokes found not guilty on all charges

SALISBURY, Md. – After a multi-day retrial, 22-year-old Jarrett Stokes was found not guilty on all counts in a Wicomico County Courtroom Thursday afternoon.

Stokes was accused of shooting and killing Rakeem Russell back in the America’s Best Value Inn parking lot in August 2015.
