Wicomico Co. Schools announce key leadership changes
WICOMICO CO., Md. – Wicomico County Public School officials have announced several key leadership changes beginning July 1st.
At the District level, the following changes will take place:
- Mr. Micah Stauffer will take over as Chief Finance and Operations Officer for Wicomico Schools
- Mr. Don R. Brady will take over as new Director of Secondary Education
- Ms. Melissa Eiler will move from her position as Principal of Pemberton Elementary to Supervisor of Early Childhood
- Mr. Aaron Deal has been promoted from Central Office Technology Trainer to Supervisor of Technology & New Teacher Induction
- Longtime Comptroller and Chief Finance and Operations Officer E. Bruce Ford will retire after 32 years with the school system
School leadership position changes:
- Ms. Erin Nathan will move from current Acting Principal of James M. Bennett High to Principal of Bennett Middle
- Ms. Christel Savage will move from her position as Principal of Bennett Middle to Principal of James M. Bennett High
- Dr. Ryan Kessler will move from Assistant Principal at Delmar Elementary to Principal of Pemberton Elementary
- Mr. Kevin Smith will transition from his current position as Acting Principal at Pinehurst Elementary to Principal at the school
- Ms. Kris Gosnell will move from her position as Principal of Salisbury Middle to Principal at Pittsville Elementary and Middle, replacing Michael Cody who is retiring
- Mr. Terance Dunn will transition from his current position as Acting Principal of Salisbury Middle to Principal at the school
- Mr. Ron Greene will transition from his position as Assistant Principal of Wicomico High to Principal at the school
