Upcoming elementary school performance called “All About Respect” sends message that bullying is not okay
FRANKFORD, Del.– One local elementary school is using the power of music to help put an end to bullying.
Michael Williams, a music teacher at John M. Clayton Elementary School, visited 47 ABC to tell us about their annual spring concert, which this year is called “All About Respect.”
Williams says the goal of this performance is to bring students and people together of all backgrounds in support of anti-bullying.
The show will take place Monday, May 13th at 6PM at the school.
The children that will be performing are 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders at John M. Clayton Elementary. The songs include “This Is Me” from the movie The Greatest Showman and a song called “No Bullying” produced by Williams himself.
For more information, you can call the school at 302-732-3808.
