Tonight will be cloudy with periods of rain, as lows drop into the mid 50s. It will be a cool, wet and breezy Mother’s Day, as the rain continues all day, with cloudy skies and breezy conditions especially along the beaches. Highs on Sunday will range from the upper 50s in Dover to upper 60s down in Accomack County. Sunday night will continue to be breezy with gusts up to 35 mph, with showers and cloudy skies. Temperatures will be dip into the low to mid 50s.
The showers become scattered on Monday, under cloudy skies and highs in the low to mid 60s. Leftover clouds linger into Tuesday, with below average temperatures in the mid 60s. Wednesday will be mostly sunny and milder in the upper 60s to low 70s.
Thursday will consist of partly sunny skies and isolated showers, but temperatures will be seasonable in the low 70s. Mostly sunny skies return on Friday, with highs in the mid 70s. Saturday will be mild and mostly sunny, as readings climb into the upper 70s.
