O’Shields leads Indian River Past Laurel for fifth straight win

DAGSBORO, De. – Indian River entered Friday’s contest with Laurel 9-5 overall, including four straight wins. The Indians extended that win streak to five with a 13-2, five inning win; ripping off ten unanswered to close things out.

Indian River starting pitcher Abi O’Shields pitched all five innings for the Indians while also driving in a pair of runs in the win.

The Indians will host Milford on Tuesday afternoon, May 7th, while the Bulldogs visit Seaford on Monday, May 6th.
